摘　　要：针对工控网络结构特点,提出一种具有透明传输和简单并联特征的专用调制解调器.本设计采用256进制频移键控的调制方法,在电话线路通频带内,无需数据压缩即可获得18.9 kb-ps的平均传输速率,在无数据传输时线路无载波.给出了多进制频移键控的工作原理、以MSP430F149单片机为核心的系统结构框图和数字波形合成器的电路图,分析了信号传输过程的波形失真及解决办法.最后,给出数据传输实验过程的波形图.Aiming at the characteristics of the industrial control network, the paper studies a special MODEM, which can realize transparent transmission and direct parallel connection. A new method, 256-decimal FSK, is used to modulate signals in the design. And within the transmission band of telephone line, an average transmission rate of 18.9 kbps can be obtained without data compaction. And there are no carrier waves without signal online. This paper presents the operating principle of multi-decimal FSK, system structure diagram based on MSP430F149 MCU and circuit of digital waveform generator. The waveform distortion generated in transmitting progress is analyzed and the solve method is put forward. Finally waveforms, in data transmitting experiments are provided.
