连铸圆管坯质量的研究

摘　　要：从管坯的化学成分、高温塑性、机械性能等方面阐明了炉外精炼在管坯生产中的重要性。根据研究结果提出了对连铸圆管坯芯部状态的要求，并指出管坯芯部状态与穿孔机顶头形状的关系。Discussed in the paper is the important role played by off-furnace refining process in manufacturing of blooms for tube-making, involving such aspects of the bloom as chemical composition, plasticity under high-temperature and mechanical properties etc. Based on the result of relevant research, technical requirements to core structure of the CC round and the relationship between the said structure and the profile of the piercer plug are put forward.
