摘  要:采用1日龄三水白鸭作为试验鸭用于研究肉鸭尾脂腺功能。试验组分别为旱养对照、旱养手术、水养对照和水养手术组。手术组试验鸭2日龄切除尾脂腺,饲养至42天屠宰测定。结果表明,切除尾脂腺均未对肉鸭生产性能、屠宰性能、梳羽行为发生频次和羽毛外观带来明显影响。切除尾脂腺,引起旱养鸭的腹脂率升高和水养鸭的腹脂率降低,6周龄水养鸭的法氏囊重和血清球蛋白水平显著降低,水养鸭胸肉的粗灰分及不饱和脂肪酸含量均显著升高,而对旱养的没有显著影响。肉鸭梳羽行为发生频次与饲养方式及环境温度有关,羽毛外观与饲养方式有关,上述两指标与尾脂腺的存在与否均无直接关系。研究表明,切除尾脂腺对腹脂率、法氏囊重、血清球蛋白水平、胸肉粗灰分及不饱和脂肪酸含量的影响程度与饲养方式密切相关。并且切除尾脂腺显著减少了肉鸭羽脂含量。Sanshui white ducks of one day age were used to study the functions of preen gland of meat duck. The ducks were raised under dry-feeding and traditional feeding system. Preen gland of ducks in treatments were removed in 2 days age. The trial lasted 42 days. The results showed that there were no significant differences in production performance,carcass traits,frequency of preening behavior and feather appearance between removing preen gland and control group. Removing preen gland resulted in increasing abdominal fat rate under dry-feeding system,while decreasing under traditional feeding system. In the conditions of traditional feeding system,removing preen gland also resulted in significantly decreasing the weight of bursa of fabricius and serum globulin level,and significantly' increasing of contents of crude ash and unsaturated fatty acid of the breast muscles in 6-week-age meat duck,while there was no significant difference in above indicators in ducks under dry-feeding system. Preening behavior of duck was influenced by feeding system and temperature,while the feather appearance was affected by feeding system,both of the above items had no direct correlation with preen glands. It indicated that the effects of removing preen gland on above indicators were dependent on the feeding systems,and removing preen gland resulted in significant decreasing of feather lipid content in meat duck.
