摘 要:根据蒸气压相似原理,通过理论计算,筛选出了一种比较理想的离心式冷水机组新型制冷剂(XJ-3),该制冷剂由R245ca和R245fa组成.并且分析了该制冷剂的变工况和泄漏工况下的性能变化.According to the theory that the curve of vapor pressure of the substitute should be close to that of the original refrigerant, an ideal new refrigerant replacement (X J-3) for centrifugal chillers was developed, which was a mixture of R245ca and R245fa. The performance of the new refrigerant was studied when the conditions were changed, and leak simulation was also analyzed. From the results of calculation, the volumetric refrigeration capacity of X J-3 increased by 11.6% than that of R245ca, but the coefficient of performance vary little. The condensing pressure of XJ-3 decreased by 23.3% than that of R245fa, so the compressor redesign is not needed. Leakage has little effect on the performance of XJ-3. So XJ-3 is an ideal replacement for Rll.
