摘 要:空冷汽轮发电机转子最大温升计算准确性直接关系到转子运行的可靠性.为了得到实验法无法测得的详细的温度分布,结合某空冷汽轮发电机转子,建立三维稳态紊流流动、传热模型,采用有限体积法进行求解,并与实验数据比较,证明计算结果较准确.反演出额定励磁电流下的转子本体及内部空气较详细的温度分布,同时分析了相关参数变化对转子本体峰值温度的影响.该计算方法对汽轮发电机转子设计及安全运行具有重要指导意义.The reliability of rotor almost depends on the calculation accuracy of rotor peak temperature of turbo generator with air-cooling. Due to the test limitation, to obtain more detailed temperature distribution, a three dimensional steady-state model was presented combined with a turbo generator with air-cooling, and it consists of air turbulent flow and heat transfer model. The model equations were solved by the Finite Volume Method; after being compared with a few test data, the results were proved to be accurate. More detailed temperature distribution of rotor and inner air are attained on condition of the rated exciting current, and the effect of relative parameters on the peak temperature of rotor was analyzed. The calculation method is helpful for design and instruction of run security of rotor of large turbo generator.
