摘 要:本文以山西某热电厂用过热蒸汽型换热器为研究对象,通过理论分析和数值模拟得到新型复合流程换热设备的传热和振动特性.分析结果表明复合式换热设备能适应热源为过热蒸汽时的换热工况,具有热能利用率高、无二次蒸汽损失的传热特征.在该类换热设备设计中应注意主换热器中过热段的强化传热以及副换热器中壳程流速的选择,以确保其正常的传热和振动特性.基于振动特性分析,给出了预防换热管束振动的可行建议和措施.A practical and novel kind of heat exchanger, named compound heat exchanger with superheated steam as its heat source, was applied in a thermoelectricity plant of ShanXi Province, This equipment was investigated to obtain its heat transfer and vibration characteristics. Results from theory analyses and numerical simulations show this new-type heat exchanger is of such advantages as high thermal efficiency and no secondary vapor loss in the case of superheated steam heat source. In the process of compound heat exchanger design, much attention should be paid to the heat transfer enhancement approaches of superheated section heat exchange process in the master heat exchanger and a feasible flow velocity in the secondary one. Some effective suggestion and solutions are given for the prohibition of tube bundle vibration in the secondary heat exchanger.
