YM-A型卧式密集烤房与普通烤房烘烤对比试验

摘　　要：[目的]将YM-A型卧式密集烤房与普通立式炉烤房的烘烤效果进行比较,寻求前者的优势。[方法]以烤烟K326品种为材料,立式炉热风室烤房为对照,两个烤房同时装烤同一片田块的成熟度相同、素质基本一致的鲜烟叶,应用"3段式"烤烟烘烤工艺烘烤。[结果]YM-A型卧式密集烤房烘烤出的烟叶上等烟比例达41.01%,中上等烟达91.00%,分别比普通立式烤房增长8.8%、10.5%;YM-A型烤房各种性能好于普通立式烤房烤房,平面湿差,最大不超0.3℃,垂直差不超过1.5℃,能有效减少烤坏烟的比例和降低烘烤成本(比普通烤房减少了0.29元)。[结论]YM-A型卧式密集烤房大大改变了传统的烘烤模式,提高了烟叶烤后质量,有效降低了烟叶烘烤成本。[Objective] The aim was to compare the baking effect between YM-A type horizontalbulk curing barn and common curing barn and seek the former superiority. [Method] With the flue-cured tobacco variety K326 as tested material and the erect-type furnace hot air curing barn as CK, two curing barns loaded and baked the fresh tobacco leaves in same field with same mature and accordant quality by using baking technics of ＂three section mode ＂. [Result] The high grade leaves and mid high grade leaves baked in YM-A type horizontal bulk curing barn were 41.01 %and 91.00 %, respectively being 8.8 % and 10.5 % higher than that baked in erect-type furnace hot air curing barn. Compared with erect-type furnace hot air curing barn the YM-A type horizontal bulk curing barn had better performances as that the maximum temperature for plane humidity difference didn＇t exceed 0.3℃ and that for uprightness difference didn＇t exceed 1.5 ℃, and it could reduce the ratio of bad tobacco and the baking cost, being 0.29 lower than that baked in common curing barn.[Conclusion] YM-A type horizontalbulk curing barn greatly change the tranditioal baking mode, increases the quality of tobacco leaf after baking and effectively reduces the baking cost of tobacco leaf.
