重庆市农民市民化的成本-收益分析

摘　　要：分析了重庆市在城市化加速发展过程中农民面临的各种市民化收益和成本,并借助对托达罗模型的修正,得出结论:当前影响农民市民化经济决策行为的4个方面分别是城市的就业机会和工资收入、城市的生活成本、农民的安置补偿方式和保障机制的转化问题。进而提出了加快推进农民市民化的措施。All kinds of benefits and costs to farmers during the acceleration of the urbanization in Chongqing are analyzed, and comes to a conclusion by making use of Todaro model, Namely, 4 aspects that affect the economic decision-making act of farmers＇ citizenization are the urban employment opportunities and wages, the cost of living cities, the way of resettlement and the transformation of mechanisms of the social security. Then, some measures are proposed to speeding up the process of farmers＂ citizenization.
