摘　　要：对陕西省农村地区进行了实地调查,阐述了陕西省农村妇女向非农产业转移的情况,并在分析存在的问题及原因的基础上提出了相应的对策措施。Some investigations in rural areas of Shaanxi province were made. The current situation of rural female transferring into non-agriculture industry was surveyed in detail. Based on the existed problems and their causes analysis, some corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
