摘　　要：在阐释循环经济内涵的基础上,深入分析了我国农村经济发展中存在的主要问题,提出农村发展循环经济的对策措施:科学规划,重点发展生态立体农业,及时进行乡镇企业空间重组,积极推进农业产业化,努力提高农产品科技含量,依法促进农村循环经济研究。Based on the interpretation of the recycle economy, connotation, that the only way to construct the socialism new countryside was to develop the recycle economy was analyzed deeply. Finally, the the countermeasures of development recycle economy in countryside were put forward, such as science planning, mainly developing three-dimensional ecological agriculture, implementing the rural enterprise space reorganization, advanceing the agricultural industrial production positively, enhancing the agricultural product＇s technical content, promoting the countryside recycle economy research according to the law.
