摘　　要：研究了甲脒亚磺酸（FAS）在OCC纸浆轻度漂白过程中的工艺参数及其对纸浆光学性能的影响。研究结果表明：影响FAS漂白的主要因素是FAS用量，其次是时间，再次是温度，浆浓的影响最小。该漂白过程的优化工艺条件：FAS用量为0．6％，FAS与NaOH质量比为2：1，浆浓为12％，温度为70℃，时间为30min，EDTA用量0.5％。漂后纸浆的CIE亮度L^＊可达72.97，可提高7.04个单位。The process parameters in formamidine sulphinic acid （FAS） slight bleaching of OCC pulp and its effect on the optical property of the pulp were studied. The results show that the uppermost factors are FAS dosage, then time, bleaching temperature, and pulp consistency on FAS bleaching of OCC pulp. The CIE U of bleached OCC can reach 72.97, 7.04 units raised when FAS dosage is 0.6%, the weight ratio of FAS/NaOH is 2, and consistency 12%, bleaching temperature 70℃, bleaching time 30min,EDTA dosage 0.5% respectively.
