摘 要:采用ABR-生物接触氧化-混凝组合工艺处理草浆中段废水。试验结果表明:ABR适宜的停留时间为8h,适宜的容积负荷为2.5kgCOD/(m^3·d)以下,COD去除率可达38.8%~41.6%;生物接触氧化池的适宜水力停留时间为10h,适宜的容积负荷为0.75~1.2kgCOD/(m^3·d),适宜的气水比为20:1,COD去除率为62.7%~65.5%;混凝剂聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)最佳用量为0.5g/L。经组合工艺处理后,中段废水生物接触氧化处理效率有较大提高,系统COD去除率保持在91.3%~92.4%,出水COD基本达到DB37/336-2003的要求。Integrated anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR), bio-contact oxidation filter with flocculation was adopted for the treatment of water from screening and bleaching in straw pulping process. The results indicate that the optimum HRT and organic load rate (OLR) of ABR with the COD removal rate from 38.8% to 41.6% are 12 hours and below 2.5kgCOD/(m^3·d), respectively. The optimum running condition of bio-contact oxidation filter with the COD reduction from 62.7% to 65.5% is that the HRT 8 hours, the organic load rate 0.75~1.2 kgCOD/(m^3·d) and the gas/water rate of 20:1. The optimum dosage of PAFC as coagulant is 0.5g/L. Treatment efficiency of bio-contact oxidation filter in integrated system notablely improved and the COD removal rate could reach 91.3%~92.4%, which basically reached Regional Standard Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants of Shandong Province for Paper Industry (DB37/336-2003).
