摘 要:研究了在施加超声波的条件下,以MnO2为负载试剂,非均相KMnO4氧化苯甲醇制备苯甲醛的方法。探讨了氧化剂组成、超声波频率和不同搅拌方式对苯甲醇的转化率、苯甲醛的选择性和收率的影响。实验结果表明,施加超声波能够显著提高目标产物苯甲醛的收率。In this paper, the method for oxidizing benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde by potassium permanganate with manganese dioxide as supporting reagent under heterogeneous reaction and ultrasonic treatment conditions was systematically studied. And the influence of oxidants composition, ultrasonic frequency and different stirring means on conversion of benzyl alcohol and the selectivity and yield of benzaldehyde was also discussed. The results indicated that the yield of target product benzaldehyde could be improved notably by exerting ultrasonic energy on the reaction mixtuer.
