摘 要:采用烷基叔胺(N235)-异辛醇-磺化煤油体系从氰化浸金贫液萃取铜、锌,以NaOH溶液为反萃取剂从负载有机相中反萃铜、锌。考察了有机相质子化酸度、添加剂浓度、萃取温度、萃取时间、平衡水相的pH值等对萃取铜锌的影响以及NaOH浓度对反萃铜、锌的影响,并确定了合适的工艺参数。用该萃取体系净化氰化浸金贫液的工艺流程简单易行,技术经济性能好,适宜于推广到工业生产中。A new process of treating poor gold bearing liquor from gold metallurgy plant to recover copper and zinc has been developed. This process uses N235 ethylhexanolkerosene system to extract copper cyanids and zinc cyanide, and uses alkaline to strip loaded organic phase. The effects of acid concentration, modifier concentration, extraction temperature and time, and equilibrium pH of aqueous phase on the extraction of copper and zinc were studied. The stripping of copper and zinc with alkaline proved to be efficient. On the basis of experimental results and theoretical analysis, reasonable process parameters have been determined. The raffinate containing metals less than 0 2g/l can be returned to the gold ore leaching stage, and will improve the gold leaching efficiency. This process has the advantages of simple process, low cost and good suitability for industrial production. The recoveries of copper, zinc and cyanide can reach 98 5%, 99 0% and 99 0%, respectively. \ \
