摘  要:用金相分析和SEM研究了F系列银复合钎料的结构特性和钎料合金组元在硬质合金和钢接头中的分布,用X光衍射法测定其残余应力分布。实验指出,使用F系列银复合钎料,对消除上述材料焊缝的残余应力的效果明显。The structural characteristics of F-series silver composited brazed material and the distribution of some alloying elements of brazing alloy within join of hard alloy and steel were studied by means of the metallographic microscope and SEM.The distribution of residual stress within brazing join was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The results showed that the F-series composited brazed materials can be used efficiently to remove the residual stress within brazing join of hard alloy and steel.
