摘 要:利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对高速电力机车SS8型转向架构架在垂向静载工况、曲线通过牵引工况和曲线通过紧急制动3种工况下的静强度进行了分析,得出了相应各个部位的应力和变形.分析表明:转向架在3种工况下其最大变形仅为0.58 mm,最大应力为62.26 MPa,小于16Mn钢的屈服极限350 MPa和强度极限520 MPa,符合设计要求.这些计算数值为进一步研究转向架的动态特性、设计和优化提供了理论基础.It made use of a large limited software ANSYS to carry on a limited element analysis to high speed SS8 electric motorcycle about static strength analysis of three kinds of work conditions, which are perpendicular static load, curve movement and curve braking, deformations and stresses were arrived through each part under various work condition. Analysis display that max deformation is 0.58 mm and max stress is 62.26 MPa in three work condition, which is less than 16Mn steel yield limit(350 MPa) and intensity limit(520 MPa), so the skeleton is meet the theoetical foundation to study further structural dynamic design demand. Those calculation resuhs provide state characteristic and design manufacturing.
