摘  要:采用从绞股蓝中提取到的总皂甙按不同浓度(30、60、120、240、480 mg/L)配制成溶液对钉螺进行处理,然后用扫描电镜观察了绞股蓝总皂甙溶液对钉螺头足部的损伤情况.结果显示:绞股蓝总皂甙对钉螺具有一定的毒杀作用,钉螺死亡率随溶液浓度的增加而升高,120、240、480 mg/L的溶液具有40%-100%的杀灭效果,随着浸泡时间的延长,钉螺的死亡率也升高,60 mg/L低浓度溶液处理96 h后,钉螺的死亡率也能达到50%以上;经溶液(LC50)处理的钉螺头肿胀,口唇溃烂变形,足肌肿胀,表面有许多孔洞.Gynosaponins were extracted from the plant and used the soaking liquids at different concentrations (30,60,120,240,480 mg/L) to examine the killing effect on Oncomelania hupensis. Then the damage in exterior tissues of head and foot-O, hupensis treated with water extract of gypenosides was observed using scanning electron microscopy. Results showed that gypenosides has definit killing effect upon O. hupensis. The mortality of O. hupensis rises when the concentration increases. The soaking liquids of 120,240 and 480 mg/L have a killing result of 40 %-100%. And with the treating time prolongs the mortality also rises. In low concentration, the mortality of O. hupensis still can reach up to 50% by treating with the soaking liquids of 60 mg/L after 96 h. Treated with the water extract (LC50), head of the snail swelled. Lip showed serious deformity. Muscle of foot swelled and there were many small holes on it.
