校园餐饮场所的环境影响识别与评价分析——以运营中的湖北大学一期三食堂为例

摘　　要：通过调查识别一期三食堂在运营过程中产生的水、声、固体废弃物和大气环境等方面的影响,并对照相应标准进行现状评价,结果显示:食堂对周边环境的主要影响为废水污染和油烟气体污染;对食堂内部环境的影响主要表现为噪声污染.为排除或减少这些环境污染,提出具体的环保措施.Distinguishes issue of three cafeterias through the investigation the water, the sound, the solid reject and the atmospheric environment aspect influence which produces in the operation process, the comparison corresponding standard carries on the present situation appraisal the result to demonstrate, cafeteria to peripheral environment major effect for waste water pollution and lampblack gas pollution; to cafeteria internal pollution main performance for noise pollution. In order to reduce these disadvantageous environmental effect, proposes the concrete environmental protection measure.
