摘 要:采用"二电极"电化学方法,定期测定三种质量喷锌层的球墨铸铁管样品在5g/L NaCl溶液中电位的变化规律,并观察样品首次出现红锈的时间。试验发现,随喷锌层单位面积质量增加,其对球墨铸铁管基体的防腐蚀效果呈非线性改善。比较三种锌重的相对保护周期,并考虑喷锌成本,建议球墨铸铁管采用200g/m2的喷锌工艺。Ductile cast iron pipe samples coated with zinc coatings of different unit area weight (90,130 g/m2 and 200 g/m2) were immersed in 5 g/L NaCl solution, and the evolution of the electrochemical potential of the samples was measured periodically using electrochemical two -electrodes technique. The duration for the initial red rusting to e-merge was also recorded. It was found that the anticorroaive performance of the samples was enhanced non-linearly with increasing unit area weight of the zinc coating. Considering the duration of galvanic protection of the zinc coatings with different unit rear weight and the cost of zinc coating process, it was suggested to use the zinc coating with a unit area weight of 200 g/m2 for the an-ticorrosion protection of ductile cast iron pipes.
