刺络拔罐治疗中老年带状疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察刺络拔罐治疗中老年带状疱疹的疗效。方法选取合格受试患者90例,用抽签法随机分为刺络拔罐组(治疗组)和西药组(对照组)各45例,进行疗效对比。结果经1个疗程的治疗,治疗组治愈率95.6%,对照组44.4%;比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论刺络拔罐治疗中老年带状疱疹疗效显著。Objective To investigate the efficacy of blood-letting puncture and cupping in treating middle-aged and senile herpes zoster. Methods Ninety eligible subjects were recruited and allocated randomly by lot to a blood-letting puncture and cupping （ treatment） group of 45 cases and a Western medicine （control） group of 45 cases. The therapeutic effects were compared. Results After one course of treatment, the cure rate was 95.6% in the treatment group and 44.4% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Blood-letting puncture and cupping has a marked therapeutic effect on middle-aged and senile herpes zoster.
