油井清蜡用智能点滴加液装置

摘　　要：为了解决目前几种不同加液清蜡方式都存在的清蜡剂药液浪费严重、操作复杂、劳动强度大、工作效率低等问题,研制了油井清蜡用智能点滴加药装置。该装置以P89LPC938单片机为核心,控制柱塞泵间歇工作,从而实现点滴加液。它具备掉电后上电自动恢复、低温自动加热、超压自动保护、低液位及漏电保护功能,可节省人力物力,延长油井正常工作时间。使用结果表明,该装置运行正常可靠,具有操作简单、清蜡成本低、不污染油层等特点。In order to solve the problems such as severe waste of paraffin removal agent,complex operation,extensive labor intensity and low working efficiency in the several current dosing ways,the intelligent paraffin removal spot dosing device is developed.With the P89LPC938 chip microprocessor as the core,the new device controls the plunger pump to work intermittently,thus realizing the spot dosing.It features automatic electricity restoration,automatic low temperature heating,automatic ultra-high voltage protection,low fluid level and electric leakage protection.It can save human power and material,and extend normal working time of oil well.The application shows that the device runs smoothly and reliably with simple operation,low paraffin removal cost and without polluting the pay zone.
