摘  要:针对燃煤火力发电厂锅炉管道的磨损问题,采用改性无机溶胶为粘结剂,高硬度无机颗粒材料为骨料,无机纤维作为增强材料,辅以其他多种陶瓷材料作为填料,研制了一种常温下涂刷、固化,并可以在700℃以下温度中长期稳定使用的环保型金属基陶瓷高温耐磨涂料。实验对涂料的主要性能进行了测试,并对涂料中的各因素对涂层性能的影响进行了研究和机理分析。In order to resolve the wearing problem of boiler tubes, inorganic-sol is used as adhesive agent, high hardness particle materials as aggregates, inorganic-fiber as reinforcing materials and many ceramic materials as packings, a kind of wear-resistance ceramic coating with steel base was studied in this paper, which can be used at room temperature and work for long time under 700 ℃ and was environment friendly. In experiment, the mainly performance of coatings were tested, the relation between performance and every factor of coatings were analysed and investigated.
