摘  要:当前我国轿车制造厂商主要分为跨国合资企业和本土股份制企业。与跨国合资企业相比,本土轿车制造企业起步晚,规模小,研发能力弱,然而近年却相继在自主创新领域取得关键性突破。本文采用案例研究方法,以本土轿车制造企业代表——奇瑞公司为例,从战略联盟的视角对其创新战略的形成及演化做了细致的考察和分析,重点阐述了奇瑞公司在各个发展阶段运用战略联盟突破资源限制、提升技术能力的创新战略。通过研究本文发现,在网络化联结日益紧密的现代商业情境中,企业战略联盟受到企业资源禀赋、学习能力、合作机制设计以及联盟外部环境的综合影响,联盟企业的独立性、主动性和合作性是实现战略联盟成功的重要基础。International joint ventures and local joint--equity firms are the two driving forces of Chinese automobile manufacturing industry. Compared with the former giant manufacturing group, local automobile producers who once were doomed with late--comer disadvantages, small scale and weak technological capability, were spotted repeated breakthrough in technological innovation in recent years. Based upon the case study of Chery Automobile Co. , the leader of Chinese local automobile manufactures, this paper demonstrates how the firm's innovation strategy was formed and developed from a strategic alliance viewpoint. This paper found that within the network--based modern business context, strategic alliance are affected by firm's resource endowment, learning capability, the design of cooperative mechanism and external environment. It also shows that the success of strategic alliance requires partner's good quality such as independence, initiative and cooperativeness.
