摘　　要：本文将万尼瓦尔.布什的报告放在美国科学研究信念演变的历史长河中来解读。在这一视角中,布什报告通过巧妙地处理战前存在的各种针锋相对的研究信念,成功地将自己建构为战后美国初期的文化权威。而对布什信念的反思与超越直接导致了美国现代整体主义科学研究信念的形成。In this article, the author interprets Vannevar Bush＇ s report on the basis of the history of the belief of scientific research in America. In this view, Bush＇s report subtly takes order with those contending belief in prewar, it＇s constructed as postwar culture standard by itself in America. Then people began to question Bush＇ s belief, as well as criticizing it. This immediately brings on the modern integral belief of scientific research in America.
