摘  要:研究了热处理条件对TP-650钛基复合材料组织与机械性能的影响。基体钛合金的显微组织以及TiC粒子与基体间的界面宽度随热处理加热温度而变。TiC粒子在热处理过程中有较好的稳定性,形态与分布没有明显改变。TiC粒子对基体钛合金的再结晶产生重要影响,明显阻碍了晶粒聚集长大。所试验的热处理工艺对TP-650钛基复合材料的强度极限无显著影响,但简单退火和较低温度下的双重热处理可以获得较高的延性。The effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of TP-650 titanium matrix composite has been studied in this paper Microstructure of titanium matrix and the interface width between TiC particles and the matrix vary with heating temperature TiC particles are favorable for stability during the heat treatment process, its morphology and distribution have no obvious variation TiC particles affect the recrystallization of titanium matrix greatly, and obviously hinder the grains from gathering and growing up The experimental heat treatment processing has no obvious influeuce on σ b of TP-650 titanium matrix composite, and higher ductility can be obtained using simple heat treatment and dual mode heat treatment at lower temperature
