摘  要:采用静态高压釜腐蚀设备,在400℃、10.3MPa的水蒸汽中对几种热处理状态的新锆合金进行了9个周期累计196天的腐蚀试验。结果表明,在所研究的3种合金中,冷轧试样经过淬火后其抗均匀腐蚀性能较之经过完全再结晶退火的试样呈下降的趋势;淬火处理降低耐蚀性能的原因是淬火试样中形成了部分不稳定的α′马氏体组织,使β稳定元素(Nb,Fe,Cr)在α相中过饱和;淬火后经过25%冷加工的3种合金试样其抗均匀腐蚀性能均得到改善;对淬火试样和淬火十冷加工的试样进行不同温度和不同时间的真空退火,均可改善试样在400℃、10.3MPa水蒸汽中的抗腐蚀性能,但改善程度是不一样的;就退火温度而言,经过500℃退火的试样,耐蚀性能的改善大多好于经过400℃退火的试样;在退火温度一定的情况下(例如500℃),退火时间越长,耐蚀性能的改善程度越好。The corrosion test of nine cycles (196 days) in 10 3 MPa water steam at 400℃ in a static autoclave has been carried out for 3 new alloys It is shown that a uniform corrosion resistance of the cold rolled samples after quenching tends to degrade, as compared to that of the as-annealed fully recrystallized samples The reason is that partially unstalle α′ martensite microstructures formed in the quenched samples make the stable elements Nb, Fe and Cr in the β area be supersaturated in α phase The uniform corrosion resistance after 25% cold work followed by quenching for all of the three alloys has been improved After vacuum annealing at different temperatures and times, the corrosion resistance at 400℃ in 10 3MPa water steam have been improved for the samples quenched and quenched +cold worked, but the effect of the improvement is different Most of the samples after 500℃ annealing have better corrosion resistance than that of those after 400℃ annealing For the same annealing temperature (e g at 500℃), the longer the annealing time, the better improvement of corrosion resistance
