摘  要:利用“毛细管束模型”理论推导出不锈钢纤维烧结毡的中流量平均孔径和最大孔径与纤维直径D和孔隙率E的理论方程,并在此基础上,通过大量试验数据的处理,推导出中流量平均孔径和最大孔径的经验方程,d=6.15·D·E3.35,dmax=E2.06(14.53D-11.36)。文中还论述了纤维层数t/D对最大孔径的影响,要得到均匀的高质量纤维毡,应适当加大纤维毡单重。The mean flow pore size and maximum pore size of the sintered stainless steel fibre felt are presented Using the model of the “bundle capillary tube”, the theoretical equation of a relationship of the mean flow pore size( d ) and maximum pore size of the sintered stainless steel fibre felt with fibre diameter( D ), and porosity( E ) of the metal fibre felt has been deduced from the measured data On the basis of the theoretical equation above, a experimental relationships of the maximum pore size( d max ) and mean flow pore size ( d ) with D and E has been also attained, d=6 15·D·E 3 35 ,d max =(14 53D- 11 36 )·E 2 06  The influence of the unit weight and the number of fibre layer on the maximum pore size has been also analyzed The unit weight of the felt must be increased in order to obtain the high qualitative and uniform felt
