摘 要:研究了Pd稀土合金与316L不锈钢的钎焊工艺,并选择了合适的钎焊料。结果表明,所选钎料AgCuPd28-2,AgCuNi26-3能很好地润湿两种母材,其α值均小于20°,其中AgCuPd28-2钎焊效果更好;接头抗剪切力分别达到6900N和1120N,满足了使用要求。Pd稀土合金与316L不锈钢的钎焊工艺为:真空度应高于10-3Pa,将两种材料及钎料开始升温至770℃,保温30min,然后再升温至820℃,保温20min,降温至790℃,保温10min,随炉冷却。Vacuum welding of palladium-rare earth alloys with 316L stainless steel and welding alloys have been investigated It has been shown that AgCuPd 28-2 , AgCuNi 26-3 brazing alloy selected can wet two base metals (palladium-rare earth alloy and 316L stainless) very well and wetting angle α is less than 20° The effect of AgCuPd 28-2 welding filler is much better Shear stress values of welded joint are 6 900 and 1 120N for AgCuPd 28-2 and AgCuNi 26-3 , respectively, which meet the requirements of application The welding process is as follows: Weldment (Pd alloy and 316L) and welding wire(AgCuPd 28-2 or AgCuNi 26-3 )are heated for 30 min at 770℃ and for 20 min at 820℃ in a vacuum (10 -3 Pa), then preserved for 10 min at 790℃ Finally, the weldment is cooled in the furnace
