摘 要:采用MCF-30型冲蚀磨损试验机对含镍低铬铸铁进行冲蚀磨损实验。分别改变其冲蚀角和溶液酸性来考察两者对冲蚀磨损的影响。用扫描电镜(SEM)对其组织以及冲蚀后的形貌进行观察分析。结果表明,低铬铸铁在960℃油淬+250℃回火处理后,随着含碳量改变,碳化物大体呈平行条状或断续网状分布;含镍低铬铸铁最大冲蚀率出现在60°冲蚀角;当pH≥3时,酸性对冲蚀磨损量的影响作用较小,甚至可以忽略。Erosion wear experiments were made for low chromium cast iron containing nickel by MCF-30 erosion test machine. The influences of the impact angle and acidity on erosion wear were analyzed. The microstructure and morphology of these samples was analyzed using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) The results indicate that after oil quench at 960 ℃ and temper at 250 ℃, carbides in the low-chromium cast iron distribute as parallel strip or disconnected net shape in general as carbon content changes; the cast iron has the biggest wear loss when the impact angle is 60 degree, and the acidity has little or ignored effect on erosion when pH is above 3.
