摘  要:目的探讨脂联素基因Gly15Gly多态性与糖尿病早期大血管病变发生的关系。方法运用多聚酶链式反应-限制性片段长度基因多态性(PCR-RFLP法)分析方法,对56例伴大血管病变和120例无大血管病变的2型糖尿病患者脂联素基因Gly15Gly多态性位点进行基因分型。结果大血管病变组GG基因型频率(25.0%)显著高于无血管病变组(6.2%),G等位基因频率显著升高(P<0.05);GG基因型血浆脂联素水平显著低于TT和TG基因型。结论脂联素基因Gly15Gly多态性与糖尿病大血管并发症的发生有关,脂联素基因+45位点GG基因型是2型糖尿病大血管并发症的易感基因型。Objective To investigate the association adiponectin gene polymorphism with primary macroangiopathy in diabetes mellitus. Methods Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients were included, 56 patients complicated with atherosclerosis (AS) and 120 non-AS group. We evaluated their Glyl5Gly polymorphism of adiponectin gene by PCR restriction fragment length polymorphis'm (PCR-RFLP). Results The AS patients were more likely to have GG genotype than the non-AS patients (25.0% vs 6.2%, P 〈0.05). Blood adiponectin in the patients with GG genotype was lower than that in ones with TY or TG genotype [ ( 15.10 ± 7.04) g/ml vs (19.64±6.64) g/ml and (18.38 17.49) g/ml]. Conclusion Gly15Gly polymorphism of adiponectin gene is related to primary macrovascular complications in T2DM. GG genotype is probably the predisposing gene for primary macrovascular complications in T2DM.
