MIPPO技术下LCP钢板治疗30例肱骨近端骨折的效果

摘　　要：目的评价微创术式(MIPPO)技术下运用锁定加压钢板(LCP)治疗肱骨近端骨折的短期疗效。方法运用MIPPO技术结合LCP治疗的30例肱骨近端骨折患者进行回顾性分析。疗效评价采用NEER评分系统。结果术后30例患者均获得随访,随访时间为3-12个月,平均8个月,根据Neer评分,优良率为90%。结论MIPPO技术下运用LCP治疗肱骨近端骨折的短期疗效满意,这种手术方法具有切口美观,固定可靠,术中血运破坏少,出血量少,术后并发症少等优点,是治疗肱骨近端骨折的一种有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the short -term results of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis for treating proximal humeral fracture in 30 patients with locking proximal humeral plate. Methods 30 patients with locking proximal humeral plate were treated minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis with LCP under modified approach from Jan. All cases were followed - up with Neer scoring system. Results 30 patients were all followed up. The mean duration of following - up was 8 months, with the average from 3 to 12 months. According to Neer scoring, the excellent and good result rate was 90%. Conclusion LCP for proximal humeral fracture using minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis treating shows good short term results. It is an effective method to treat proximal humeral fractures.
