摘　　要：将等离子水冷切割炬上、下两炬体组合处的中心垫进行改进,有效减少了切割炬的损坏和维护;以LG-50K空气等离子切割机为例,介绍了电极和喷嘴的使用和维护情况;概述半自动焊焊枪的构造、分类以及应用场合,指出其中易损件为喷嘴和导电嘴,并给出了相应的防损方案。Improving the centre pad in combination of upper and lower water-cooled plasma cutting torches can effectively reduce maintenance and damage to the cutting torch.This paper takes the LG-50K air plasma cutting machine as an example to introduce the use and maintenance of electrode and nozzle, summarizes the structure, classification and applied occasions of semi-automatic welding torch,points out that nozzle and tip are damageable,and offers a preventive project.
