摘　　要：心脏大血管创伤无论在战时或和平时期均不少见,近年来,各项诊断技术的不断发展,极大的提高了急诊诊断率,为抢救治疗赢得时间。本文就此类创伤目前主要诊断技术的研究进展作一综述。It is not rare to see the cardiac and great vessels trauma both in the war and the peace time. In recent years, the diagnosis rate of the emergency treatment has been improved greatly with the improvement of the diagnostic technology. For this reason,the time has been saved to rescue lives. This review summarizes the main improvement of the diagnostic technology about this kind of trauma.
