摘 要:目的观察卷柏水部位对受照射小鼠胸腺、脾脏细胞周期及凋亡率的影响。方法设正常组、模型组、雌激素组和卷柏组;除正常组外,其它各组小鼠均接受6.0Gy60Coγ射线全身照射一次;各组小鼠分别于照射前72、48、24h和照射后即刻灌服药物或蒸馏水。分别于照射后6、12、24h立即断头处死小鼠,观察卷柏水部位对受照射小鼠胸腺、脾脏细胞周期及凋亡率的影响。结果卷柏水部位可降低受照射小鼠胸腺、脾脏的G0/G1期细胞百分率,升高其G2/M、S期细胞百分率,也可明显降低其细胞凋亡率。结论卷柏水部位可通过抑制细胞凋亡,调节受照射小鼠胸腺、脾脏的细胞周期进程,发挥其辐射防护作用。Objective To investigate the effects of the water-soluble part of SelagineUa tamariscina on cell cycle and apoptosis of thymus and spleen cells in irradiated mice. Methyls The mice were divided into control group, model group, estrogen group, and SelagineUa tamariscina group. Mice in experimental groups were administered with drugs or water at 72, 48, 24, abd 0 h before explosion to 6.0Gy ^60 Co γ rays, while the mice of the control group were not given ^60 Co γ rays. They were decollated at 6, 12, 24 h after irradiation for investigating the effects of the water-soluble part of Selaginella tamariscina on cell cycle and apoptosis of thymus and spleen cells in irradiated mice. Results The water-soluble part of SelagineUa tamariscina could decrease the percentages of the cells in G0/G1 phase, improve the percentages of the cells in G2/M and S phase of thymus and spleen cells in irradiated mice. The water-soluble part of SelagineUa tamariscina also could significantly decrease the apoptosis of thymus and spleen cells in irradiated mice. Conclusion The water-soluble part of Selaginella tamariscina can protect mice from rays by inhibiting of apoptosis, adjusting of cell cycle progression of thymus and spleen cells in irradiated mice.
