摘　　要：有关技术创新的研究忽视了不同技术的复杂程度.复杂技术系统的创新从根本上来说是一个颠覆性的革命,而非自然演化的结果.透过路径观点,以高速地面交通技术的发展为例,阐述了复杂技术系统创新需要突破路径依赖、实现路径创造的必要性以及"顺轨创新"的思路对复杂技术系统创新的危害.In view of the related ignorance of the different complexity of technology in the study of technological innovation, it aims to illustrate the way of implementing innovation of complex technology system. Through the case of German HSGT, it analyses the necessity of breaking path dependency and making a path creation from the perspective of path.
