摘　　要：目的研究屏气磁共振电影成像对评价冠心病患者左心室局部功能的诊断价值。方法对34例冠心病患者行电影成像,将左心室分为RCA、LAD、LCX支配节段。测量左心室局部功能参数,以CCA判断的冠状动脉狭窄程度为金标准,对各项局部功能参数行统计学评价。结果WT%和WM灵敏度、准确度略高,WTES较WTED具有略高的灵敏度、准确度,LAD支配节段的参数具有较高的灵敏度和特异度,LCX支配节段的参数准确度较高。结论对左室局部功能参数的定量评价能够提示冠状动脉狭窄所致的心肌缺血,为有症状冠心病患者提供早期诊断信息。Objective To evaluate changes in left ventricle （LV） regional function parameters of patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） under resting condition. Methods Cine- MRI was performed on 34 CHD patients with results of coronary catheter angiography （CCA）. LV wall was divided into RCA, LAD, and ICX supplied segments. Regional function parameters were measured. Taking coronary stenosis judged by CCA as gold standard, statistical indices were calculated for regional function parameters. Results WT% and WM showed slightly higher sensitivity and accuracy. WTrs represented better sensitivity and accuracy than WTEv. Higher sensitivity and specificity were demonstrated in parameters of LAD supplied segments, and higher accuracy in those of LCX supplied segments. Conclusions Quantified evaluation of LV regional parameters by breath - holding cine - MRI can indicate myocardial ischemia caused by coronary stenosis, providing information for early diagnosis of CHD in symptomatic patients.
