更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察和比较0.15%更昔洛韦眼用凝胶和0.1%阿昔洛韦滴眼液治疗复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效和安全性。方法治疗组30例用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶局部点眼,对照组28例用阿昔洛韦局部点眼,随访12-18个月,平均15个月。结果治疗有效者治疗组28例,对照组20例,两组间差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）。平均治愈天数治疗组（18.12±2.51）少于对照组（21.54±2.38）（P〈0.01）。随访期间观察组中随访25例,复发2例,对照组随访15例,复发5例（P〈0.05）。结论更昔洛韦眼用凝胶疗效较阿昔洛韦滴眼液佳,且使用安全。Objective The efficacy and safety of 0.15 % ganciclovir ophthalmic gel and 0.1% acyclovir eye drops in treatment of 58 cases of relapsing herpes simplex keratitis were observed and compared.Methods Thirty cases in treatment group were treated with 0.15% ganciclovir ophthalmic gel, while twenty - eight cases in control group were treated with 0.1% acyclovir eye drops. The follow - up periods ranged from 12 to 18 months （averaged 15 months）. Results Twenty- eight cases in treatment group and 20 cases in control group had a good response with a statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05） ; the average number of days for recovery in treatment group was fower than that in control group（ P 〈 0.01）. Relapse owurred in 2 of 25 cases followed up in treatment group and 5 of 15 cases followed up in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel for treatment of relapsing herpes simphex keratitis is better than that of acyclovir. And it is safe.
