摘　　要：大陆台资企业的融资渠道以内部融资和间接融资为主,融资障碍是台资企业生产经营过程中面临的主要问题。根据发生原因不同,大陆台资企业的融资障碍具有多种类型,信用担保能力低和银行放款成本高是约束台资企业融资的主要原因。解决大陆台资企业融资障碍的途径,应该从改善融资环境和提高台资企业自身素质等方面入手,运用多种方式拓展融资渠道,最大限度地满足台资企业投资经营的资金需求。Inner financing and indirect financing methods are the main financing channels of Taiwan-owned enterprises in China's Mainland, and financing obstacles are the key problems during the production and management of Taiwan-owned enterprises. According to occurrence, causes, the financing obstacles of Taiwan-owned enterprises fall into several types, and the low ability of credit guarantee and high cost of bank loan are the main causes that constrain the financing of Taiwan-owned enterprises. The approaches to solve the financing obstacles should start with improving financing environment and increasing own quality, and use various ways to broaden the financing channels, in order to meet the capital demand to the most extent in the investment and management of Taiwan-owned enterprises.
