摘　　要：济钢第三炼钢厂ASP连铸机的引锭早脱事故成为生产过程中的一大难题。通过对引锭早脱原因的分析,提出了有效的预防措施,使此类事故得到了遏制。Dummy bar early disengagement causes great losses and becomes a challenging prob- lem of the ASP thin slab caster at No. 3 Steelmaking Plant of Jinan Iron and Steel Group Co.. By the analysis on the causes of the accidents, countermeasures were put forward to prevent the generations of / dummy bar early disengagement.
