摘　　要：利用紫外(UV)和圆二色(CD)光谱对Y-edta和La-edta配合物与DNA的相互作用进行了研究,并加以比较,同时考察了不同浓度、反应时间、不同缓冲体系和离子强度对配合物与DNA相互作用的影响。The interaction between the complexes of rare earth metal Y^Ⅲ and La^Ⅲ with the aminopolycarboxylic acids and DNA was studied by means of UV and CD spectra. At the same time, the concentration, time, buffer systems andionic strength were studied.
