摘 要:疏浚输泥管道的堵管和阻力问题影响疏浚生产功效,他们受到管道内壁粗糙度、泥质颗粒粒径、泥浆浓度和沉降速度等多个因素的影响。通过理论分析和数值计算可知,随着各个影响因素数值的增加,会导致管道的管堵现象发生和管道的阻力明显增加,采取一定措施保持管道内壁光滑和降低泥质颗粒粒径大小,可以有效减少堵塞发生和降低泥浆在管道输送中的阻力。Pipeline jam and slurry conveying resistance in dredger slurry pipeline conveying affect the dredging operation and reduce the productive efficiency. They are affected by such factors as inner surface roughness of pipeline, diameter of slurry granule, slurry concentration, and sinking velocity. In this paper, theoretical analysis and numerical computation demonstrate that pipeline jam and pipeline conveying resistance increase evidently with the increase of the value of each factor. Therefore, when some measures are adopted to keep pipeline inner surface smooth and reduce slurry granule diameter, pipeline jam can be effectively avoided, and slurry resistance of pipeline conveying decreases.
