摘　　要：KL203井是一口异常高压、高产气井,作业风险极大,尤其是井控风险。通过引进带压切割井口控制系统、合理选择压井液体系和压井工艺等,使工艺获得成功,为超高压、超高产气田的井下作业积累了经验。Kl203 well is an abnormal high pressure and high production well, of which operating risk is very big, especially is well control. Using introduced control system of chipping well head for high pressure, reasonably selecting killing well fluid and killing operation technique gets success which accumulates experiences for operation to gas field at high production well.
