不同配方培养料对宁香8号生长的影响

摘　　要：试验结果表明,配方I(松杉木屑77%,麦麸20%,石膏2%,蔗糖1%)为最适于宁香8号生长发育的培养料配方。用该配方培养料栽培宁香8号时,其菌丝生长势最强,子实体形态最佳,产量最高,生物学效率达83.4%。松杉木屑栽培的香菇成分与杂木屑香菇相当或更优。Research results showed that the optimum formula compost for growth of Ningxiang 8 was formula I （pine and fir tree sawdust 77% , wheat bran 20%, gypsum 2% and sucrose 1% ）. When Ningxiang 8 was cultivated with formula I, the mycelial growth vigor and sporoearp yield were the highest, the biological efficiency was as high as 83.4%, and the morphology of the sporocarp was the best. The nutrition ingredient of shiitake cultivated in formula I was near or better than that cultivated in mixed sawdust.
