摘　　要：阐述了加强现代林业制度建设的必要性,分析了传统林业制度存在的主要问题,提出了加强现代林业制度建设的对策与建议。This paper attempts to illustrate the necessity of strengthening the construction of a modern forestry system and analyze the major problems of traditional forestry system. On the basis of the above illustration and analysis, some suggestions and measures for strengthening the construction of a modem forestry system have been put forward.
