摘 要:用自制阳离子聚合物与阳离子木薯淀粉复合乳化剂乳化AKD蜡粉,研究了不同的复配比例对乳液性能的影响,结果表明,自制阳离子聚合物与阳离子淀粉的比例为3:1时,乳液的分散性和稳定性较好。并对PAE、PAC、NaHCO3对自制AKD乳液的施胶增效作用进行了研究,结果表明,在纸页的抄造过程中加入一定量的PAE、PAC、NaHCO3均能对AKD的施胶起到一定的增效作用。In this paper, the application of self-made cationic polymers and cationtic tapioca as emulsifier to emulsify AKD wax was studied, and the effect of different ratio of two components in compound emulsifier to the properties of AKD emulsion was discussed. The results showed that the emulsion had better stability and dispersibility when the ratio of homemade emulsifier and cationtic tapioca was 3:1. In the experiments, it was also found that adding some of PAE, PAC or NaHCO3 could give higher sizing degree to the paper.
