摘　　要：介绍中国石化齐鲁分公司炼油能耗的现状,对企业存在的问题进行详细分析,探讨炼油节能降耗的途径,提出炼化一体化经营、提高加热炉热效率、加强装置间物料热联合等节能建议。This paper presents the present refining energy consumption of Qilu Branch Co. , SINOPEC, analyzes the problems concerning energy - saving in detail, discusses the means for energy saving and consumption decreasing for refining, and puts forward proposals of embodying refining and petrochemical, increasing thermal efficiency of the heater, and strengthening heat integration for the feed streams between production units ,etc.
