基于多元统计方法的北京旧城区各级名人故居保护与利用研究

摘　　要：目前,北京旧城区各级名人故居的保护与利用现状不尽如人意。采用对应分析法和系统聚类分析法进行了研究,整体来看,北京市各级名人故居保护与利用中首先要考虑的因素是保护资金与主管部门;其次是保护手段、利用方式。界定和评审名人故居的机构、开放情况;再次是政策法规、宣传渠道;最后是故居及设备维护责任者。The present situation of the preservation and utilization of the celebrities＇ former residences in the old city of Beijing is not good. A homogeneity analysis and a hierarchical cluster analysis have been made in this paper to highlight the following chief factors concerning the preservation and the utilization： first, funds for the preservation and its administrative departments; second, methods of the preservation and the utilization, departments responsible for the evaluation of the celebrities＇ former residences, situation of their opening; third, policies and regulations, ways of publicity; and finally, service departments responsible for maintaining these residences.
