O-甲基芒籽碱对人肿瘤GLC-82、HL60细胞抑制的影响

摘　　要：目的观察O-甲基芒籽碱抗肿瘤的效果。方法以MTT法观察不同浓度O-甲基芒籽碱对人肿瘤GLC-82、HL60细胞抑制的影响。结果10、100和1 000μmol/L O-甲基芒籽碱能抑制GLC-82细胞的增殖,其D值与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);0.1、1、10、100和1 000μmol/L O-甲基芒籽碱能抑制HL60细胞的增殖,其D值与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。O-甲基芒籽碱对GLC-82,HL60的半数抑制浓度分别为83.31、65.59μmol/L。结论O-甲基芒籽碱可抑制人肿瘤GLC-82、HL60细胞的增殖,具有一定的抑瘤作用。Objective To observe the effect of O-methylmoschatoline on the proliferation of cancer cell lines GLC-82 and HL60. Methods The GLC-82 and HL60 ceils were treated with different concentrations of O-methylmoschatoline and the proliferation ability of the cancer ceils were determined by MTT assay. Results Compared with the control group, 10μmol/L, 100μmol/L and 1000μmol/L O-methylmoschatoline significantly inhibited the proliferation of GLC-82 ceils, and 0.1μmol/L, 1 μmol/L, 10μmol/L, 100μmol/L and 1000μmol/L O-methylmoschatoline significantly inhibited the proliferation of Hl.60 cells, P〈0.05 or 0.01. The ICS0 of O-methylmoschatoline for GLC-82 and HL60 were 83.31 and 65.59/,mol/L, respectively. Conclusion O-methylmoschatoline could inhibit the proliferation of cancer cell lines GLC-82 and HL.60 in vitro.
