摘　　要：提出正确处理高炉长寿技术的思链，它是水—冷却器—耐火材料—炉壳，这次序不允许颠倒。介绍全国高炉冷却水质量调查结果和国内已完成的两种提高冷却水稳定性的办法。提出“板”“壁”结合的冷却系统和冷却壁结构参数的传热学计算结果。The article suggests that the train of thought for designing long campaign BF should be “water cooler refractory furnace shell”,and should not be confused.The result from nationwide investigation of the quality of cooling water for blast furnace is introduced,together with the two ways for increasing the stability of cooling water.The “plate”and “stave”combined cooling system is described and the constructional parameters of cooling stave were worked out by a software for the solid body heat transfer.
