摘 要:为研究红三叶草异黄酮的营养免疫功能,选用80只小鼠,随机分成4组,分别给予对照(0mg·kg-1.d-1)和30mg·kg-1.d-1(A组)、90mg·kg-1.d-1(B组)、300mg·kg-1.d-1(C组)的红三叶草异黄酮灌胃处理。于试验期始末称量小鼠体重,试验期内的特定时间注射抗原诱导迟发性变态反应并测耳增厚;试验结束采血,取胸腺、脾脏、胃和小肠并称重,取腹腔液制片。结果表明:与对照组相比,30mg·kg-1.d-1处理组中雄性小鼠平均日增重提高55.56%(P<0.01),胃重提高17.65%(P<0.05);对于脾脏系数,90,300mg·kg-1.d-1两个处理组有显著提高(P<0.05);对胸腺系数,300mg·kg-1.d-1处理组比对照组提高30.80%(P<0.05);异黄酮处理显著提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率(P<0.05),极显著提高小鼠的吞噬指数(P<0.01)。对血清溶血素水平,90,300mg·kg-1.d-1处理组比对照组分别上升29.84%(P<0.05)和61.10%(P<0.01);异黄酮3个水平对于迟发性变态反应中耳增厚的影响均极显著(P<0.01)。红三叶草异黄酮对小鼠生长性能的影响与性别和剂量有关,30mg·kg-1.d-1处理可显著提高雄性小鼠的生长性能,较高剂量的红三叶草异黄酮对小鼠免疫功能的增强作用明显。To study the effects of isoflavone extract from Red Clover(R.C.) on immune function in mice,80 mouse were randomly assigned to four groups which were given 0 mg·kg^-1·d^-1(control),30 mg·kg^-1·d^-1(Group A),90 mg·kg^-1·d(Group B) and 300 mg·kg^-1·d^-1(Group C) R.C.isoflavone treatments,respectively.All mice were weighed at the beginning and end of the experiment,injected with antigen and induced DTH on time during the period.21 days later,blood sample,stomach,small intestine,spleen,thymus and sap of abdominal cavity were taken.The results showed that ADG and stomach weight percentage of male mice with treatment of 30 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 R.C.isoflavone was increased by 55.56%(P〈0.01) and 17.65%%(P〈0.05).For spleen index,90,300 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 treatments increased notably(P〈0.05).For thymus index,treatment of 300 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 was increased by 30.80%(P〈0.05).Phagocytic percentage of macrophages were increased(P〈0.05),and phagocytic index were increased significantly(P〈0.01).Serum hemolysin levels of 90,300 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 R.C.isoflavone were elevated by 29.84 %(P〈0.05) and 61.10 %(P〈0.01),respectively.The increment of ear thickness in DTH were increased(P〈0.01).In conclusion,effects of R.C.isoflavone on growth performance were relevant to sex of mice and dosage of isoflavone,and 30 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 R.C.isoflavone could promote the growth of male mice.Higher dosage of R.C.isoflavone could enhance immune function of mice clearly.
